Purpose of the role 

This newly created role supports company growth by designing and delivering programs that build leadership and management capabilities - enhancing individual performance and aligning leadership behaviours with strategic goals.

Key priorities 

  • Design and deliver engaging leadership and management development programs, including workshops, coaching, and online learning.
  • Incorporate best practice and innovative approaches to ensure impactful learning experiences.
  • Embed Youi’s Leadership Principles across programs and broader talent initiatives.
  • Lead the annual leadership 360 survey process and provide insights to guide development.
  • Facilitate flagship leadership programs and department-specific sessions for emerging to mid-level leaders.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to support individual leadership growth.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to identify and meet leadership capability needs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance program delivery and outcomes.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness using feedback and data to drive continuous improvement.

About you 
Experience & Knowledge:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Learning & Development, Organisational Psychology, or Adult Education. (desired)
  • 2+ years’ experience in leadership or learning development roles.
  • Proven success designing and delivering impactful leadership programs.
  • Skilled facilitator with experience engaging diverse audiences.
  • Strong relationship builder with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to align development initiatives with business goals.
  • Confident in using data to evaluate and improve programs.
  • Leadership assessment certifications (e.g., LSI, DISC, etc.) are a plus.

Ways of working 

Youi offers a hybrid model: in-office Tuesday to Thursday, remote Mondays and Fridays.
