Purpose of the role  

Develop end-to-end reporting solutions by gathering requirements, extracting, cleaning, and transforming data, and delivering insights and reports to stakeholders. 

Key priorities  

• Develop end-to-end BI solutions, including data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting. 
• Design and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL, SSRS, and Tableau. 
• Deliver accurate, timely insights to support business decision-making. 
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders and data teams to meet reporting needs. 

About you  
Qualifications & Experience 

• Tertiary qualification in a technical, business, or related field preferred. 
• 1+ years’ experience in BI, data analytics, or similar role. 
• Strong SQL skills (SSMS/SSRS) and experience with data modelling and transformation. 
• Proficient in data visualisation tools like Tableau or Power BI. 
• Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses. 
• Familiarity with ETL processes and Excel. 
• Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Youi offers a hybrid model: in-office Tuesday to Thursday, remote Mondays and Fridays.
